In the heart of St. Louis comes a beautiful firecracker by the name of Ava “Spicy” Perez. For almost a decade Spicy has had it all. A nice sized bank account, a beautiful baby girl, beautiful town house, rocks all the top of the line designer clothes from Prada to Gucci, and has her college tuition paid in full. Thanks to her man, Deuce, the head of “The Empire” that supplies the entire east coast all cocaine and marijuana, there isn’t much she doesn’t have. But when Spicy convinces Deuce to leave the game to start his own business and to start a new life with her and their child, things are looking up for the pair. Until Deuce is murdered in the club by arch revival Big Kirb, ruler of the Kingdom, a notorious drug and prostitution ring in Saint Louis. Now Spicy wants revenge for Deuce’s death and will not rest until Deuce’s murder is brought to justice. Her justice. Enter the gritty tale of real love, devastating betrayal, and ultimate vindication - street style.

Peek into the book:

Spicy was getting so turned on, she didn't realize that Deuce was in the room.
“What's up, baby.”
Spicy opened her eyes, then quickly put the picture in the dresser drawer and closed it. She got up from the bed and wrapped her arms around Deuce. They kissed each other slowly, then she smiled at him and said, “Boy, when you get in this house?”
“Just a minute ago. I got theses for you,” said Deuce in his deep, sexy voice, handing her some pink roses.
She took them from him. “Thank you, baby.” she said, kissing him.
Deuce looked over at the bed. “So what were you doin’ in here?” He smiled at her. “Did I miss the show?” he said, trying to untie her robe.
She stopped him. “No, no, no that's for later, after you eat your dinner.”
“That’s just appetizers I want the main course.” As he began to touch her breast, his dick got harder and harder.
She removed his hand, smiling. “Come on, boy later. Come on, have some dinner so you can have some energy for...,” she took his hand and licked each finger one by one, “...dessert.”
He smiled. “Cool.” He kissed her. “What you cook?”
“Some of my hot buffalo wings, fried rice, grand salad, and for dessert, strawberries wit hon...ey.”
“Damn, baby, that's gon’ taste fire. But not as fire as you gon’ taste.”
They shared a wet kiss with real tongue action. Deuce then stopped, took Spicy's hand, and led her out of the bedroom. “Let's go and git this meal over wit.”
In the dining room, Deuce and Spicy were eating, but Spicy stopped and looked at Deuce, who was still eating. She then looked over at the strawberries and bottle of honey, gettin up picking up both items. As she walked over by Deuce, who stopped eating and looked back at her.
“Where ya goin’, baby, with the honey and strawberries?”
She stopped and looked at him. “I'll be back. Just keep eating.”
As she went upstairs toward their room, he looked back at his plate and took a bite of his buffalo wing.
Damn, this shit is hot, but it's good. As he was taking another bite of the wing, he could hear Monica's “Angel of Mine” coming from upstairs. He smiled, then got up and went upstairs; there, he saw that the door was closed. He slowly opened it and saw Spicy lying
on the bed with the little Victoria's Secret black cutout teddy lingerie on and the strawberries and bottle of honey on the nightstand.
