Meet Shona Nesmith

I've always enjoyed reading since I was a little girl. I could never put books down. As I got older the idea popped into my head about putting out my own books because I wanted my story to be heard. When the opportunity presented itself I happily put my pen game to use and have been writing ever since. I hope every book I put out makes someone's day.

Brothers, Terick & Timothy, were no strangers when it came to struggling. Being that their mother was an unfit alcoholic, and their father forever absent, Terick was left with no choice but to man up in order to take care of himself and his little brother. With his mind made up, Terick is determined to get paper by any means necessary. 

Monica’s been through it all with Pedro and every step of the way she relied on her best friend Latoya to be there for support, but Latoya has her own agenda. By pure coincidence, Terick walks right into a confrontation between Pedro and Monica and being the man that he was, he couldn’t just stand around and allow him to brutally attack her, so he steps in. In that instance, Monica learned that there are still some men who have compassion for other’s and that sparks her interest. However, she doesn’t run into Terick again until later on down the line and the two hit it off almost instantly. Pedro, finally seeing that he has no control over Monica anymore, is determined to sabotage what she has with Terick in order to get her back.
