Meet Nia Parker

I am a 25 year old native from Linden, NJ. I am a single mother to four beautiful children. I am signed to Kindred Soul Publications. I have written four books that are out: Maybach and His Boo Thang 1-3, and Akir&Jamila: All he needed was a rider. 
I can be quoted as saying, "I write out of pure passion for the art. My readers can expect honesty, sincerity and a great story line." I am looking forward to presenting my debut novel to the masses.

Akir became the man of the house at a young age, taking care of his twin brother and sister. He wasn’t what you would call hood rich, but he was well on his way there. Every chance he got he was hugging the block trying to make a way for his family, and their new house guest, Jamila, his next door neighbor and friend. 
Jamila’s mother was always drunk and abusive to her and her sister. One night after a physical altercation Jamila was kicked out, and her sister was arrested. She found solace in her friend Akir who she knew would have her back. Indebted to him Jamila does the only thing that come natural- ride for him. 
In this budding tale of friends and hardships, love prevails, in ways neither of them fathomed. What happens when two friends turn to lovers? Most importantly what happens when your lover friend rides for you in this cold world?


Most Favorite Book Review
Excellent read. I had a love hate relationship with Akir. I knew he loved Jamila but his actions were horrible wow. This book was good I didn't want to put it down I can't wait for part 2 …and that ending was real!
