Meet Lady Lissa

Lady Lissa was born and raised in a small town in Louisiana but now resides in the big city of Houston, Texas. Lady Lissa was signed to Don Dyva Publications in August 2014 where she released six books under the company (three solo and three in collaboration with her son Jacori). In December 2014 Lady Lissa moved on from DDP and signed with Leo Sullivan Productions in January 2014.

During her time with LSP, Lady Lissa has released a total of 41 novels, some solo, some collaborations, some series and some standalones. No matter what you need, she has them for your reading pleasure. In August 2016, Lady Lissa parted ways with LSP and signed with Tiece Mickens Presents in October 2016, where she has released her current novel, She Puts the R in Ratchet. On October 31, 2016, Lady Lissa became the publisher of her sub company, Unique Pen Publishing, under Tiece Micken Presents. 

Despite having a lot on her plate, she enjoys traveling, cooking, shopping, spending quality time with family, communicating with her fans. About her book, She Puts the R in Ratchet by Lady Lissa
 
Ever since Kandee was a little girl, she had high hopes about her future. That was until her mom dropped her and her sister, Rania at their Aunt Ruby’s for the night. Needless to say, their mom never came back, at least not for a while. During that time, Ruby refused to take care of both girls for her missing sister, so she sent Rania to live with their Uncle Junior and his wife, Gloria.
 
Kandee and Rania didn’t want to be separated and didn’t understand why they couldn’t stay together. Once the two of them were sent to live in different households, they missed each other a lot. After being gone for a little over two years, Brenda returns to get her girls back. While Rania was extremely happy to see her mother, Kandee was not. She blamed her mother for everything that happened to her and over the years, continued disrespecting her mom and fighting with her sister.
 
When Kandee meets Cinnamon, her life changes and it is a welcome change for her. That is, until a blast from the past returns. How far will Mike go to keep Kandee from sending him to prison? Will the two of them ever be able to coexist? Will Kandee ever forgive her mother for everything that happened to her?
