Meet ​Keira James

Keira is a 28-year-old Georgia native and mother of one. For six years, she selflessly served her country in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. Upon separation, she was awarded a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for her incomparable service and dedication to providing outstanding medical care. 

Keira's love for literature prompted her to pen her first two-book series in September of 2018, entitled, “The Other Woman.” Books 1 and 2 charted within the top ten of Amazon's Best Sellers list in African American Fiction and African American Romance. Her passion and talent led to her creating the brand Temporary Forevers, which provides literary escapes from the world through controversial and compelling stories of exaggerated realities.

Becoming a full-time author, educating and entertaining her readers are only a few of the goals Keira plans to attain by leaving her heart and soul on each and every page. Her hobbies include reading, shopping, spending time with family, writing, listening to music and traveling.
