Meet Kandis Tolliver

​Author Kandis Tolliver is from a small town in Alabama called York. Growing up a military brat, she had the opportunity to travel and see different places in the world. She noticed her talent for writing in the 8th grade when she began entering and winning different writing contests. Throughout the years, her passion for writing grew which led to her majoring in English in college.

Under the pen name, Mizz Butterfly, Kandis began publishing about two years ago. Currently signed to Miss Candice Presents, she hopes to be able to develop more as an author and improve her craft as time goes on. One of the things she strives for within her writing is that her readers see growth in every book that she publishes. When not writing, or reading, Kandis enjoys watching movies, spending time with her family, and eating good food.

Despite the fact that her mother left when she was a baby and her father is one of the most notorious men in Atlanta, Gizelle Williams has a pretty normal life. She has everything in the world she could ask for and even manages to find love, or so she hopes.
