This novel gave a look into the way we view interracial couples. We find our lead female caught in an affair while trapped in an abusive relationship with her husband. When she meets the boss' nephew, sparks fly and she gets into more than she bargained for. Really enjoyed the book!

The emoticons and overuse of exclamation points were a bit of a distraction, but nothing that took away from the novel.
