I was born in Los Angeles, California on January 23, 1977 to the parents of Margaret Carter, and Celester Mickle. I have 3 sisters. One is older than me, and 2 are younger than me. Since I was 12 years old, I have been writing Christian Inspirational Poetry. Currently, I published 3 books of Christian Inspirational Poetry with my publishing company. I am working on publishing my fourth book of Christian Inspirational Poetry. One day I would like to write Christian Inspirational Plays, and publish them. All of my Christian inspirational poems are inspired by the Lord Jesus Christ. I don't write any of my Christian Inspirational Poems of the Lord Jesus Christ don't give me the words to them. Soon, I will have my books in bookstores across the USA, and internationally. On May 21, 2012, I obtained my Bachelor of Art Degree in Religion from Clark Atlanta University, located in Atlanta, Georgia.

MICHIGAN AUTHOR LEILA LACEY EXCITES READERS WITH HER INNOVATIVE ROMANTIC FICTION CENTERING ON PLUS SIZE WOMEN

Women with Curves Now Have a Romantic Voice!

Michigan, USA– Love comes in many shapes and sizes. Rising Michigan Author Leila Lacey writes from the heart about the trials and tribulations of love and romance from a plus size woman’s perspective. With over 12 popular books on Amazon to date, she’s steadily claiming her space as a new romantic fiction author to keep an eye on.

Bow down to the curves. That’s the philosophy that’s motivated romantic fiction author Leila Lacey as she’s wrote over a dozen popular books taking a hot and exciting look at love and adventure from a strong, curvy woman’s viewpoint. The books have been received with enthusiasm, and it’s clear the best is yet to come for these BBW romances (Big Beautiful Woman).
Picture
“I think it’s important to present strong, beautiful, curvy women that have amazing female to female relationships,” commented Lacey, on what motivates her. “If we don’t provide alternative role models for people, they could fall into the trap of not loving who is looking them back in the mirror. Romantic fiction should entertain, but it should also help build confidence and a great self-image. I’m trying to cover all these things and more in my books.”

According to the author, Lacey had a quite unexpected entry into writing. Although always interested in being a writer she never explored her skills fully until being convinced to join a writing contest. Within 30 days she had finished her first novel, won the contest, and never looked back. An example of a woman with confidence proving to herself, and the world, what can be accomplished when dreams are pursued actively.

Some of her most popular books in the plus size women genre include: Phoenix Rising; A Very Curvy Christmas; Dr. Black’s Patient; Love’s Legacy; Shelby’s Awakening; and many, many more.

Readers have responded to her work with enthusiasm.

Hall’s introduction to the “Diary of a Hood Princess” series was released under Blaque Diamond Publications in winter 2013. The sequel, “Diary of a Hood Princess 2,” and the finale, “Diary of a Hood Princess 3: Justice’s Revenge,” were released in 2014. Hall was also a part of the first Blaque Diamond Publications anthology book, “Act like a Lady, Think like a Boss: Vegas,” which also released in 2014.
She discovered her love for writing in elementary school, and knew that writing would continue to be a vital part of her life. She has been featured in blog and radio interviews, press articles and on Vibe.com as the Vibe Vixen of the Day in 2012.

Frank Gresham a Georgia native is a prolific song writer/author. He gained street lit acclaim with his bestselling series ' The King Cartel'.

What sets Gresham apart from most authors is his diversity in writing. He has eleven published books to date. That includes an erotica box set, a fantasy novel titled 'When the Blue Moon Rises'. That he says thus far was the most challenging. It's about an African turned werewolf in Nigeria during the 18th century. Frank stated it required diligent research. But his love for writing shows through his stories.

Picture
In eight months' time Frank managed to captivate thousands of readers, along with great reviews. Now he's looking forward to even bigger challenges. His goal is to be an all-around author. With no limitations, eventually he says he will have several books in every category there is. With the help of his COO Renee Lamb he started his publishing company, Black Royalty Publications. In which they are now accepting submissions. You can E-mail your submissions to blackroyaltypublications@gmail.com.

Meet First Lady K  (Kirsten Bailey)

First Lady K was born in the small town of Gatesville, Texas and has proven to be a true Southern Belle. Known to many as Miss Thicker than a Snicker, she spent her teenage years sneaking and reading authors such as Zane and Omar Tyree and it was then that she fell in love with urban fiction. Growing up, she would create characters through her short stories and poetry. Experiencing trauma at an early age, she used writing to deal with the sufferings she faced throughout her life and writing became her outlet. As she got older, she promised herself that she was going to tell her story. It was in 2014 that she became serious and put her fingers to the keys, debuting her first series, It Ain’t Trickin’ If You Got It, under Royalty Publishing House. The rest as they say….is history.

She considers herself a modern day Renaissance woman because of her various talents, accolades, and skills which include a Bachelor of Arts from Bennett College for Women, and a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice and Human Services from Liberty University. She is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated to whom she believes has greatly contributed to her character of womanhood through their constant support and love. She is an avid member in the community to which she organized and spearheads the Hunger Doesn’t End With the Holidays campaign designed to feed needy families year round.

She is the founder and CEO of First Lady K Presents, established in January 2016, and has many successful authors that display their literary talents to the world. Currently she is signed to David Weaver Presents and has published eleven titles to date, with her latest release When Wifey is the Plug. She now resides in Greensboro, North Carolina with her husband and three beautiful sons.
When asks what makes her writing style so unique, she responds, “My writing style is eclectic. I show my art in the words I write. Welcome to my exhibition.”
What’s next? Only her pen knows……

About her book, When Wifey is the Plug

They say behind every great man, lies a great woman. But when it comes to Silk and Reyna, a wife has so many roles...

DeAndre "Silk" Weaver is the epitome of a dope boy in every way, and Reyna Miller has proven to be more than the average ride or die chick. Falling in love, and saying "I Do", Reyna is ready to settle down and be a family woman. But when a situation arises that shakes her world, she's forced to once again hold her man down, and betrayal hits her from those she least expects.

The roles are reversed and Reyna is taking over, letting it be known that she is more than just a pretty face. But her own secrets can cost her the only man she's ever loved.
The deeper she gets into the game, the harder it is to get out.

Most Favorite Book Review

5.0 out of 5 stars Recommended Read
By Tammie S. on September 25, 2016
Format: Kindle Edition
This book was definitely 5 star & the author knows exactly how to have you coming back for more. The relationship alone between Reyna & Silk held my interest. His occupation & her position just added to it. There are definitely some situations in this book that will be good for discussions. Like I originally thought Reyna was smart & that true ride or die but I guess after her emotional loss, she changed because the whole Kendrick situation was just questionable to me. Was she too far over her head or was it her form of revenge for Silks' actions. I understand using Danielle but why throw Detric under the bus, not knowing what could happen. Like I said, this book will definitely have you on edge & talking to the characters in your head! Ready for part 2 to see what other drama unfolds.
