Just a Taste Anthology Feature
UBAWA is now accepting short stories for its Just A Taste Anthology feature! All short stories will be considered but preference will be given to stories submitted within the following genres:
Urban/Street Fiction
Romance
Suspense/Mystery/Thriller
Young Adult Fiction
Erotica
What’s a Short Story?
A short story is long enough to have a beginning, middle, and an end, but short enough for an average reader to finish in one sitting.
All short stories submitted must be between 2500-7500 words in length.
Fee:
There is no fee or cost to submit your short story for UBAWA’s Just A Taste Anthology feature.
Compensation:
Should UBAWA accept your short story for publication in its Just A Taste anthology feature, you will be compensated $100. To cover the costs for design, editing, printing, marketing and distribution, no royalties will be paid to the author for this anthology feature.
Discounts & Perks:
All Just-A-Taste contributing authors will receive 5 free copies of the Just-A-Taste anthology. Each contributor will also receive a free promotional feature on www.ubawa.org and honorable mention in the first print issue of our magazine. This feature is perfect for any writer who is looking to gain additional exposure and increase their readership fan base.
Distribution:
Just-A-Taste anthology will be distributed and sold via Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing, CreateSpace, B&N.com, Amazon.com, and through bookstores locally in Atlanta and across the country.
