Booth Reservation

5 – Great. I had no problems reserving my booth online.
4 – Good. I experienced a few problems while reserving my booth online but my questions were answered promptly and to my satisfaction.
3 – Neutral. My experience while reserving my booth online was fair. Nothing more, nothing less.
2 – Bad. I had trouble reserving my booth online. My questions were slow getting answered and/or not answered the way I would like for them to be answered.
1 – Terrible. My overall experience with reserving my booth online was terrible.

CheckIn Process (at the Book Fair)

5 – Great. I loved the way the UBAWA Book Fair staff/volunteers handled the whole process. They were courteous and professional.
4 – Good. The checkin process was good except for a few minor problems.
3 – Fair. The checkin process was nothing more than what I expected.
2 – Bad. The checkin process at the fair was lousy and unprofessional.
1 – Terrible. The checkin process took longer than expected and was lousy and unprofessional.
Promotion

5 – Great. The event was well-promoted and generated the response that I expected.
4 – Good. The event promotion was fair. Although the event did not generate the response I expected, it was still a great experience.
3 - Neutral. The event promotion was neither good nor bad. My feelings are neutral.
2 – Bad. The event could have been promoted and advertised a lot better than it was.
1 – Terrible. The event promotion was terrible because no readers showed up.
Professionalism
