Airiel Sadler is a self-published author whose work centers on faith, healing, and creative expression. She released her memoir, Never Too Far - No More Bound in 2018, sharing a powerful testimony of trauma, resilience, and redemption rooted in God’s unwavering presence. In 2022, she published the Positive Affirmation Handwriting series, a four-book social-emotional learning tool that helps youth build confidence, self-worth, and handwriting skills through daily “I AM” affirmations. A contributing poet to multiple collaborative projects, Airiel also facilitates therapeutic writing sessions and has been featured in community-centered initiatives with DREAAM and The Well Experience. Her recent journal, Everyday Offers a Rainbow, invites readers into 30 days of prayer and reflection. She is currently developing her first children’s book in loving memory of her late cat, Kitty Nitty.
Airiel Sadler is the Executive Director of No More Bound, LLC, a ministry dedicated to helping people break free from invisible chains through faith-centered speaking, coaching, mentoring, and creative publishing. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, she takes a holistic approach to healing that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit, helping individuals transform pain into purpose. She also serves as Executive Director of the Champaign-Urbana Black Authors Book Fair, celebrating Black creativity, literacy, and community. Through her podcast, Be Free, Beloved, Airiel explores Black history, mental and spiritual wellness, and the empty nester journey. She is a proud member of Bethel AME Church, Champaign’s first Black-led church, founded in 1863 and rooted in liberation, faith, and community healing.
